Who We Are
Learn a bit more about who we are and how we work!
After years of serving the most vulnerable as a Physician Assistant and seeing the challenges both patients and providers faced in the changing healthcare environment, Jean was inspired to understand the policies developed by the government and their effects on the community. Driven by her faith and compassion for others in need, Jean began HCD International with $400.00 on her mother’s credit card in the basement of her home. Motivated by her passion and experience as a primary care clinician, Jean developed HCDI’s niche of policy to practice by focusing on building a high-performing enterprise to improve quality and reduce costs for patients and providers facing the daily challenges of the social determinants of health.
Dedicated to exceeding the expectations of each of our customers, HCDI’s assurance of “service excellence” guarantees exceptional and customized services that are on time, within budget, exceeding expectations and focused on our client’s satisfaction. Proud of our history of excellence, HCDI’s brand is “providing excellence in service” which is reflected in our 95% contract renewal and referral rate since our inception. This interdisciplinary approach is the creative cornerstone to everything we do at HCDI. By ensuring we have the right people, with the right passion, for the right position, HCDI is committed to the next 25 years of serving you.
