Founded by Jean Drummond after witnessing firsthand the devasting effects of healthcare disparities as a Physician’s Assistant in an underserved DC community, HCDI began with a simple yet powerful vision: to transform healthcare at the systemic level. With just $400 and her mother’s credit card, Jean founded HCD International. Since then, the company has grown to include an expansive team of over 170 full-time professionals and multiple offices nationwide.
At HCDI, we are committed to improving healthcare outcomes by designing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven solutions that enhance quality while reducing costs. Our team’s expertise spans a wide range of services, including but not limited to: closing HEDIS gaps in care, creating custom data solutions for unique population health insights, and developing strategic community-based initiatives for government-sponsored health plans and other organizations.
